The Abingdon Feeder Cattle Association will offer approximately 1,600 Virginia Quality Assured (VQA) feeder calves on WEDNESDAY, January 15th at 7:00 pm. Three loads of one-owner cattle are available.
All of the calves are:
· Weaned a minimum of 45 Days
· Feed and water trough broken
· Backgrounded on hay, pasture and commodity mix. None of the cattle are backgrounded on “feedlot-type” rations.
· Vaccinated according to product label directions for 7-way Clostridials, Modified-live viruses (IBR, PI3, BRSV, BVD I & II) and Pasteurella. Calves also dewormed.
